DELIVERY
In stock items will be dispatched by the next working day.
Postage is £4.75 for orders up to £75 within the UK
Postage is £8.50 for the next day delivery, £11.50 for Saturday delivery. purchases after 2pm will arrive within 2 working days.
Postage is FREE for orders over £75 within the UK.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email letting you know that the order has been sent.
Please note that next day delivery packages must be signed for we do not send to P.O boxes.
We pride ourselves on our quick and accurate delivery service. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Additional charges will be incurred in the event of redelivery to the correct address. In the unlikely event of a problem we will contact you straight away by email.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
All prices are given in, and must be paid in, UK pounds sterling (£).
Upon receipt of your order, your paypal account or credit card will be debited for the full amount.
Online Payment: We accept payment by Paypal using your credit or debit card. SNR Jewellery do not have access to, or see any of your financial information.

The personal information collected is that given at the time of order and will be used simply to process your order.

RETURNS
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery. Express delivery of replacements may be requested at the time of return and the difference will need to be paid for by credit card before the item will be dispatched.
Jewellery is only accepted for returns if it is unworn and in original new condition as sold.
Returns period
Our normal returns period is 30 days from when you receive the goods, and we must receive any returned items within this time.

CANCELLATION
If a customer chooses to cancel their order once payment has been made we can refund in full if the item has not already been shipped. If it has been shipped then it is the customers responsibility to return the item at their own cost and we will then refund the cost of the item only.
